Tina deserves a negative score. She did an awful job on my nails. She put too many layers of polish on my nails to the point were there were uneven waves in the polish. The polish is visibly uneven on my nails; therefore, dents and divots were clear that same evening. My nails were looked HORRIFIC 24 hours later and all polished had to be removed. Tina also injured my right big done to the point that I said "ow" progressively louder until I just pulled my foot away. She obviously did not care that she was physically hurting me. My toe was markedly swollen within 24 hours. She also yelled at me and my niece and I were shocked by this unprofessional behavior.. I am truly surprised Tina has a state license to practice. She is terrible at her job and her attitude is mean and nasty. I tried several times to get her in a more positive mood and be nicer to us, but to no avail. Tina should not be allowed near a customer. It was an AWFUL experience.
